A couple of days ago Paris Berlin sent me some of their amazing products to try out and review. They sent me their ”Foundation perfection kit” containing their HD-Foundation-Le Teint Hightech, La Poudre Hightech – HD Powder, Top Lissage Smoothing and Matifying primer and High Definition sponge. They also sent me their ”Everyday kit”, a magnetic palette containing four different and gorgeous shadows wich I’ll review later!
Paris Berlin started back in 1991 by Carole Amasse och Gérard Doucet. Their products are not just innovative and super high quality, they’re cruelty free, vegan, hypoallergenic, fragrance and paraben free wich I think is amazing.
I started off with a clean, moisturized face and then applied the ”Top Lissage Smoothing and Matifying primer” on my T-zone. It’s supposed to make your pores less visible, make your makeup last for longer and make your skin soft and matte. Afterwards I applied the ”HD-Foundation-Le Teint Hightech” in LTH1 with the suuuper soft HD sponge all over my face. And to finish it off i swiped my T-zone with the ”La Poudre Hightech – HD Powder”.
All I can say is wow. Everything about this kit is amazing. The primer is so soft, light and a perfect base. I thought the foundation would be a little too dark for me but it blended in perfectly with the super soft sponge and kind of adjusted itself to my skintone. It gives a medium coverage that’s buildable for more coverage. What also surprised me was that the foundation is so light on my skin that it almost feel like I don’t even wear any makeup? Love it!
But lets head to the star of this kit – The powder. Its formula it soooo light and is almost like a reeeeaaally fine flour. It makes the face matte and smooth like silk, leaving your face flawless! It’s magical, I’ve never tried a powder as good as this! And it’s not only for the moment, I wore this base for a whole day and 10 hours after applying it my face were still as matte and silky smooth. Since i have a tendency to get a shiny, oily T-zone throughout the day no matter what; these products are a lifesaver. Wow!
